We not only build homes, we build relationships. And that starts before we ever sign a contract with you.

We’re homeowners, too, so we know that building a home is about living your life during the process as much as it is a financial investment. At Fraser Homes, we’ve developed an efficient, transparent and open step-by-step process so our homeowners are informed and comfortable from start to finish.


Initial Meeting

Like any good relationship, the one you have with us is built on good open communication.

We will offer you a no obligation quote on your project, and help determine the development and lot location that best serves your family’s unique needs. Our large lot inventory ensures you have a wide range from which to choose.

Specifications & Deposit

An initial deposit will secure your selected lot and we can move ahead with the plans.

Design Process

Only when you’re 100 percent satisfied with your plans do we move ahead.

Our own talented draftspeople ensure we get your vision down on paper. Talking through all aspects of an existing plan, changing an existing plan, or working on a true custom-build is a crucial step. Making informed decisions now will help avoid delays later on.

Just to be sure, we review the plans. If there are any questions – even a nagging second thought – we want to know!

Once we’re good to go, we ask for a deposit at the actual signing. We don’t ask for anything else until possession; no need to set up a builder’s mortgage.


Your lot is surveyed, the excavating is completed, footings are set in place and foundation walls are erected.

A weeping tile system is installed, the foundation backed-filled and we’re ready for framing. Once the doors and windows are in, you may have a construction key and are welcome to visit the site during off-hours to see your home “in the works".

Fraser Homes uses Builder Trend, which enables our clients to access information about their build 24/7. Get up to date correspondence from our onsite crew and office staff, check who is working on your home, what stage they are at and up to date totals of extras you have added to your home to keep you on budget.


Selection Process

As work progresses, you’ll make various selections for flooring, cabinets, railings and light fixtures.

There’s a lot to choose from out there! We’ll guide you to our professional suppliers and efficient staff who can help. We offer you a constant window into your home’s progress through Builder Trend so you can keep up to date any time you wish from your own computer.

Interior & Exterior

During these few months, you'll enjoy seeing everything come together.

Any questions are good questions. Our professional office staff, our construction manager and site supervisor are always available to make sure things are on schedule and that you are fully aware of what’s happening along the way.



Suddenly it’s here! Once work is finished, we have a professional cleaning crew go through the entire home.

Our service manager does a “close out” and looks after any last minute details. Once we are certain your home is ready, we schedule a walk-through to explain the various equipment  and systems you as the homeowner must maintain. We sit down again to see if you have questions and then we turn over your keys so you can get settled in. But even after that, we are still a quick call away if you want to go over any issues or if new questions arise.


1 Year Follow-Up

Our relationship with you is a long-lasting one.

We strive to provide excellent customer service and that means being available to you long after you take possession. If there is anything you want to discuss, we will set up a time for our service manager to visit. Satisfied homeowners mean so much to us and we believe in keeping our family ties strong.
