We are very proud to say we have never missed a possession date since we began building homes in 1996. Many of our suppliers have been with us since the beginning, which helps reduce delays, especially in peak season, and our solid building process and superior trades let us set deadlines and hit them every time.

Fraser Homes is a family business, and everyone in our family has been or is actively involved in building homes for your family. Brothers and partners Clay and Tory Fraser lead the company today, and we’ve contributed to numerous local charities, including the Children’s Hospital Parade of Homes and Community Safety Net.

We are a member of the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program with Platinum Warranty coverage. The program provides a third-party guarantee of our builder’s warranty, and our staff are here through the whole build and after you take possession.
